What an amazing experience at this hotel! I want to highlight the staff (Alfredo, Maju, and Joseph) who were incredibly kind and helpful. The location couldn’t be better, the rooms have been beautifully renovated, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Really everything was great, it’s a budget style so you’re not gonna have incredible service but having said that service was imho great! They printed stuff for me, when i asked for some extra towels etc they were there within 20 min etc. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but had just what i needed, coffee, juice, waffles with low cal syrup, some proteins each day, sausage or bacon or whatever plus yoghurts, fruits, cereals, bread and all the other bits and pieces you expect. I had a single king room, big room, kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge at was all clean. Also view from my room was sweet. I’d def stay again.

The room appears to have been recently renovated — the bathroom and kitchenette both look new and clean. However, there were small ants showing up every day, even though I made sure not to leave any food in the room. The air conditioner was also quite loud, but without it, the room got stuffy, so I had to sleep with earplugs. Despite these minor issues, the overall stay was comfortable, and I wouldn’t mind staying here again in the future.

Fantastic location for restaurants and todos in the area. Minutes away from main and local attractions. Moderately clean and smelt very nice. Elevators were broken when I stayed and door got jammed, other than that a pleasant stay. View outside the room is the Orlando Eye

Loved my stay here! The rooms are super clean and updated, way nicer than I expected for the price. The location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. They’ve got great amenities too… pool, spa, and even a paid breakfast option if you don’t feel like going out. Honestly, for what they charge, this place is a steal. You really can’t beat the deal! The staff and front desk were super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value all in one.

Two of us stayed here and had an excellent experience. The room was very spacious, with a mini fridge and microwave, and the beds were large and very comfortable. It was completely quiet at night (perfect for resting after a long day at the parks), and the bathroom was spotless. The staff, especially Rodrigo and Thiago, were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The location is unbeatable — just steps from ICON Park and close to Universal. I highly recommend it. Great value for the price. Thank you!

I want to thank the entire team for an amazing stay. The customer service here is warm and genuinely human, something truly rare these days. The breakfast staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming every morning, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless with so much care. You can feel that everyone here works with heart. Very nice area—spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. The staff was extremely helpful and even accommodated an earlier check-in at my request. Overall, an awesome experience. Highly recommend! Location is in the heart of Orlando and has all the fun around.
